As a mixed-race, trauma-informed therapist, I am passionate about providing a safe, affirming space for clients to explore and process their experiences, gain tools for coping with various stressors, and move toward a life that feels aligned with their values. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, with a special focus on centering care for marginalized communities, including Black, Indigenous, Multiracial, People of Color (BIMPOC), LGBTQIA2S+, and neurodivergent folks. My approach uses decolonized, culturally sensitive methods, incorporating a variety of therapeutic tools including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—all tailored to meet your unique needs and goals for healing and growth. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. Together, we can explore your experiences and create a path towards healing and a more empowered life. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable step, but it's not one you have to take alone. I look forward to seeing how I can support you on your healing journey.

My work is rooted in the understanding that each person's identities are shaped by their lived experiences. As a practitioner, I am deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming space for the diversity of human experience, whether that be related to race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability. My passion and focus is toward affirming care for clients identifying as neurodivergent, emphasizing client agency and deepening the connection of mind and body. In my fluid approach, I pull from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatics, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to help neurodivergent-identifying folks learn about their unique strengths and abilities, and understand how to thrive in a neurotypical-favoring world. I am honored to walk beside my clients holding the map as they choose their own path.
